*Children in Reception - Year 2 will be collected by Sportitude coaches prior to the club starting. KS2 children will make their own way to the school hall for all clubs

At Sportitude Cricket Club, the children will be introduced to the basics of bowling, batting and fielding through fun games and drills. As they develop we will look at scoring, field placements and all the various nuances of this fascinating sport.
All sessions will take place outside, weather-permitting. If the club is unable to take place outside due to weather, the children will partake in an indoor activity related to the sport.
Children must wear suitable loose-fitting sports clothes or P.E kit and trainers.
During each session children will work towards achieving a Star award certificate and at the end of each term a medal will be awarded to those who have shown the most improvement, best attitude and best performance.
